We have been to a few dealers in the past 20 years buying. We can see the difference in salesmanship and how dishonest they are. They can be rude and disrespectful. Only care about the sale. I was looking for a 2017 ram sport blackout package which there were only 3 available in South Florida. We went to the 2 dealers and walked out on both because or the poor attitude. Take my deal or leave it. No matter how good the deal was we walk out for poor service and attitude. We only went else where because of the truck I wanted. We decided to sacrifice the exact truck I wanted for the service at Planet Dodge. And Jesus has always gone beyond for us. I did not get the truck I wanted but we are very satisfied for the service and I am very happy with my new truck. Sometime in life we have to sacrifice and not always get the exact model we want and for the great service in exchange. More
