Horrible a nightmare The service advisor Rick does not have any clue what he is doing, my car spent a month in the delaer because first after 48 hours chased them to do th The service advisor Rick does not have any clue what he is doing, my car spent a month in the delaer because first after 48 hours chased them to do the diagnostic of the car and found the issue , second suppose the part of my car can not get it from the factory beside a recall involved and they even not offer a rental car for the inconveniences, I had to chase the service advisor to know the status of my car all the time. When I spoke with the service manager Joe Benitez and the only he did is provide a phone number to call the factory to resolve my on problem, not help at all. Definitely, I will not recommend this place to my friends and family to bringing their cars for service. More
