On the other hand, the back and forth between the "manager" and the salesman created an unbearable wait that completely destroyed my initial impression of your dealership. What a waste of time! The fact that there was only one "manager" available to handle several salesmen made me waste my valuable time. I knew what car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I recognize that you are there to make money, but is it necessary to go this far? My wife just bought a Lexus and the experience was completely different. Short and easy, we negotiated directly with the "manager". No fuss, no wait! I am very happy with my purchase but I am not sure I will return to Planet when I go get my next car. More
