Willy - an amazing resource for planet dodge i have always had very bad impressions about car sellers. I was often treated poorly so that even if i got in with the idea of buying i ended up leavi i have always had very bad impressions about car sellers. He never pestererd me with phone calls (can't say the same about other dealers) and every time I came in, he was happy to see me and ready to let me test drive yet another vehicle. When it came time to deal, the negotiation was very fair. A little haggling goes a long way. All in all, very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to buy one of their brands anywhere in Miami-Dade County. More

Took the car for oil change and got car WITH NO OIL I got my car 34 days ago. Had to take it to repair a back door lock a week ago and they wanted to charge me for the repairs. I took it yesterday for I got my car 34 days ago. Had to take it to repair a back door lock a week ago and they wanted to charge me for the repairs. I took it yesterday for an oil change and they gave me the car back WITH NO OIL AT ALL. It took me 45 minutes to get home, so I drove the car all that time with no oil. Spoke to several mechanics and they say the vehicle will have damage no doubt. It took them 5 hours to send the tow truck and they never sent the rental vehicle as agreed on the phone. I went with the truck driver to the dealer. They wanted to check the car and give it back to me and I requested that since it was their mistake and it was a BRAND NEW VEHICLE that they replace it with A NEW VEHICLE. Answer was a simple NO. My job does not allow me to work in a rental and I am not about to trust their word that the car is fine until I have another mechanic check it out. If I don't sign a release that the car is in perfect conditions, they won't give it to me. I had an anxiety attack and was taken from the Dealership to the Mt. Sinai Hospital in an ambulance because my blood pressure was over the top. Still I haven't heard from them. Lost another day of work, kids could not go to school, etc. More
