AMAZING SERVICE While being overseas I need to purchase a vehicle as soon I returned to Miami (the same day) I searched online for the vehicle that I wanted (Dodge J While being overseas I need to purchase a vehicle as soon I returned to Miami (the same day) I searched online for the vehicle that I wanted (Dodge Journey) and tried calling the dealer to speak to a salesman. I spoke to a salesman Gino and he never send me a credit application nor returned my call. I was about to give up when I saw that Planet Dodge had an Internet sales department and decided to fill out the online form, and within minutes Ingrid Machado sent me an email and I immediately contacted her. She told me what she had in inventory and put me in contact with a salesman (Roscoe Wentworth). Mr Wentworth went ahead and explain to me that I needed to fill out an online credit application and it took him less that a day to get back to me with all my options. Today (03/26/2015) I returned to Miami and I immediately when to the dealership and even though Mr Wentworth was on his day off and came in to work and I was able to purchase my car. Just want to congratulate you for having such a great internet sales team, that never gave up on me and made my purchase easy. I also want to thank Mr Daniel Suarez (Finance) who helped me get the best rate possible and explained everything to me. Also Mr Marco Urgartechea for being there and helping me understand an issue I had with the sales price.
