Service department is deplorable In June I took my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan to them for a recall for the back windows. They took the van for 3 hours. All they did was disconnect the w In June I took my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan to them for a recall for the back windows. They took the van for 3 hours. All they did was disconnect the window and gave me back my car. In the beginning of September I called to find out the progress of the order of the part for the recall. First call voice mail, no one returned my call. Next day called again and refused to leave a message so they put me with an agent who said he would call me back, surprise! no call back. waited one week. Called again went to voice mail. Called still again, was told I would be getting put through to the service manager, Guess what? voice mail again. called yet again and finally was put with a service agent who, without even knowing the car I was talking about he just told me "the part is not here." Think twice before servicing your car there, 4 months and all they have done is disconnect the window. More

took away all my nervousness, I enjoyed my time in all depar I was buying a ram 1500 crew cab. The sales rep was so friendly and helpful and spent all the time I needed to show me and explain tome about the vehi I was buying a ram 1500 crew cab. The sales manager took the time and presented me with many options that I knew nothing of. so I could make the best vehicle choice for my needs I needed to bring the vehicle back two days later for a minor concern so I visited the service department I was so delighted the service rep. jumped right on it investigated it and very quickly took care of the parts that is needed to be ordered and I was very satisfied with how they took care or me. The process seemed long and there was only one truck at the time available but it was My experience was good the people were friendly and courteous. I did not understand all the features on the truck but i was able to figger them out later. when i called mr vargas later on several occasions because of questions i had he was able to help me immediately and thank you jasmine in the body shop for helping me and making it like magic. now i see the trucks are less money but that is always the way it works thank you More
