His boss, Carlos Rodriguez is very good on making you feel that you did the best deal when you drive away in your new vehicle. In the service department, they have as Service director Angel Perez, you will be in excellent hands when comes time to service your vehicle. The Service Asst Mgr, Mr Pinto is a great guy. I had some issues on my car and he tried to help me out the most. His boss though is an idiot who doesnt know about cars, Angel Perez. He refused to work on my issues on my car and he tried to help me out the most. His boss though is an idiot who doesnt know about cars, Angel Perez. He refused to work on my car when I have 13,500K on it and 2 years of bumper to bumper warranty. I had a hole in a hose and the idiot told me I made the hole myself for performance enchancement. Why would I ever want to do that or why he thought i did it is still hard for me to understand. Please beware, this idiot, Angel Lopez, will do or find anything to not cover for work and labor, I am NEVER taking my car there again and all maintenance was on car was done at this dealer and they do not charge cheap.
