Saw a car online. Had a 20k discount. Called and spoke to Giovanni. Confirmed the $20k Discount no strings attached and that they could even do more. Went there, met Had a 20k discount. Called and spoke to Giovanni. Confirmed the $20k Discount no strings attached and that they could even do more. Went there, met Felix. Lazy as xxxx. No I cannot let you try the car, because it is all the way to the back, no I cannot speak to service to see if the issue (screen not working) was a fuse or something worse... asked for a change. Sando came in to explain why the $20k discount now was only $16k and how it was my problem if the employee from the dealer didnt informed me properly. Stay away! More
