Ilona/Service We moved here in Nov 2018 and it was time for my new KIA That I purchased in WV to be servicedI I went to Boniface Heirs because I have a maintenance We moved here in Nov 2018 and it was time for my new KIA That I purchased in WV to be servicedI I went to Boniface Heirs because I have a maintenance contract on the car. I full expected I might have issues being out of state. At the service desk I met Ilona to whom I explained my needs and she said NO problem. She found me in the system took my car in and performed the service in a very timely manner and made me feel like I was the only customers had. She is always so friendly and helpful. Great Service Department I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I did I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was totally upset. I hadn't even made the first payment! How was this my fault? The Shop Foreman, Jim Moran stepped in for me and after two days he was able to get a price I was much happier with. Thank you Jim.I am very happy that you were able to make this problem much easier for me. And my wife. lol It was definitely a pleasure doing business with you. More
