Great Service Department I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I did I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was totally upset. I hadn't even made the first payment! How was this my fault? The Shop Foreman, Jim Moran stepped in for me and after two days he was able to get a price I was much happier with. Thank you Jim.I am very happy that you were able to make this problem much easier for me. And my wife. lol It was definitely a pleasure doing business with you. More

Very pricey The representatives are very personal and pleasant. The work was done efficiently. My only complaint was the cost of 85 dollars for an oil change. The price of the products are already inflated and you are charged for labor so paying 9 dollars for “repair order” is rediculous. More

Excellent Service Department I had my truck serviced a couple of weeks ago. I wanted my tires rotated along with the oil change. Either way, Jim Moran the Shop Foreman called me about my experience at the Service Department. He assured me he wanted to take care of my truck and offered me an appointment at my convenience to have my tires rotated at no cost.
