The price of the products are already inflated and you are charged for labor so paying 9 dollars for “repair order” is rediculous. More

Illona McCarthy & Jim Moran are the friendliest, most "family orientated", knowledgeable and courteous service individuals I have EVER had the pleasure of working with; across ALL industries. They are the reason I drive from Melbourne to Merritt Island for EVERYTHING I need on my Dodge Charger R/T's (3 since 2006) and now a Jeep Cherokee Limited we leased for my 16 year old daughter. Illona and Jim are 100% worth the 30 minutes or more drive!!! They are an absolute pleasure too work with and they truly do treat me and my family as if we're actually family! I refer EVERYONE I know who's considering buying or leasing a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler to this dealership; or even just for servicing of their current car. They're an amazing team. Excellent Service Department I had my truck serviced a couple of weeks ago. I wanted my tires rotated along with the oil change. I noticed my tires didnt get rotated and voiced my I had my truck serviced a couple of weeks ago. I wanted my tires rotated along with the oil change. I noticed my tires didnt get rotated and voiced my concern on a review. I could have miscommunicated when making my appointment. Either way, Jim Moran the Shop Foreman called me about my experience at the Service Department. He assured me he wanted to take care of my truck and offered me an appointment at my convenience to have my tires rotated at no cost. I want to say thank you to Jim Moran and all the staff in the service department for calling me and taking care of my truck after my service. More

Correction of Keyless Entry Message I brought the Jeep in for service because there was a message stating "Keyless Entry Needs service" . The first time the problem was mis-diagnosed as I brought the Jeep in for service because there was a message stating "Keyless Entry Needs service" . The first time the problem was mis-diagnosed as a need for a software upgrade. I brought it in again and it was determined that a part would have to be ordered The third time I brought the Jeep in, the problem was resolved. Jim walked us out to our truck and fully explained what was wrong with it and what was done to fix it. Jim is a pleasure to talk to and knows what he's talking about. transmission maintenance Only question is transmission replacement warranty. I was advised that we had a 3 year warranty, but did not receive this in writing.
