Bumpy start, good finish I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Sales Part: Salesman was ok, as was the financing. The vehicle was empty on gas and they gave me a $15.0 I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Sales Part: Salesman was ok, as was the financing. The vehicle was empty on gas and they gave me a $15.00 voucher for gas so that gave me about 1/4 tank. I admit I expect more out of a professional dealership, since this wasn't some used car lot but it wasn't the end of the world. I think if you are paying over $30,000.00 they can at least have a decent amount of fuel in the vehicle. The bigger issue was the Radio/Navigation system did not work. I stopped by and they looked at it and they advised me they would contact me. After that I had no contact for a week, but they did order a new radio and put it in. Jim did an outstanding job and turned things around. Time will time, but overall they seemed like a good crew but I only had contact with a couple of people. More

Partial service I’ve brought my vehicles to this service department on several occasions. My Commander has been there on a few occasions, more significantly for an oi I’ve brought my vehicles to this service department on several occasions. My Commander has been there on a few occasions, more significantly for an oil leak and the again on a coolant leak. On both occasions the vehicle was returned with low fluids, oil down a quart after attempting to fix the oil leak and again the coolant reservoir nearly empty after replacing the thermostat housing and heater hoses. The lack of follow thru and paying attention to details is disappointing. More
