GOOD SERVICE BROUGHT MY 2015 T&C UP TO THIS DEALER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM USING THEM. I LEFT IT ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON, AND MONDAY MORNING THEY CALLED AND THE BROUGHT MY 2015 T&C UP TO THIS DEALER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM USING THEM. I LEFT IT ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON, AND MONDAY MORNING THEY CALLED AND THE REPAIR STARTED, THEY FIXED ONE THING TO FIND OUT THERE WAS A SECOND PROBLEM. THIS ITEM THAT THEY NEEDED WAS PUT ON ORDER, AND IT SEEMED TO TAKE A COUPLE EXTRA DAYS TO COME IN, SO FOR THAT REASON IT PUSHED THE REPAIR OUT 4 EXTRA DAYS BEACAUSE OF LABOR DAY HOLIDAY.OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE. My wife and I went to Service and was in and out in 20 minutes. Jim took care of us personally and we couldn't believe how hassle free the experience was.
