2009 Chrysler Town & Country Starting Problem My 2009 Town & Country developed a start problem about a month ago. I called Gator and they could not service my car until 1 month later. I called your establishment and was taken right away. Craig was my service contact and was so good and honest about every little detail. He kept the car almost a week and the problem would never show up on his diagnostics testing. He and I both thought the problem was related to fuel pump pressure regulator or Fuel filter. But after a week of testing over and over again, the problem would not show itself on diagnostics and of course the car would start normally. So, Craig called me and told me all that was done to find the problem. I came and got the car and it does start, but still starts after two attempts to crank the engine. The first crank with VOB turned to start it would not start or some times start after about 10 seconds. But after turning the key to run and then a second time to start, the car will always start normally. I looked this problem up on internet and several cases said that they had the same symptoms and it was either a dirty fuel filter of the fuel pump which also has a fuel pump regulator valve /that might be bad also.. So, right now the car is usable since it seems to start every time on the second crank. Craig told me that every test possible was done and he was so honest and I was so thankful for his honesty. All the fuel pressures tested fine on the fuel pump. He did not want to guess at what the problem was and that is a very good attribute in a service man. I know he tried to repair the car. So I guess I will just run the car like it is for a while longer to see if the problem gets worse. More

Excellent Service I have a 2012 Ram 1500 which needed service on the air conditioning system. I bought my truck a couple of years ago from another dealer from their sel I have a 2012 Ram 1500 which needed service on the air conditioning system. I bought my truck a couple of years ago from another dealer from their selection of used vehicles. Along with the truck, I purchased an extended warranty to add to what was left of the manufacturer warranty. According to the warranty company, due to the cost of repair they would need to send an inspector to verify to diagnosis prior to authorization. My service advisor, Ross Smith was very professional and helpful in assisting me in dealing with the unreasonable requirement of having to leave my vehicle while waiting on the inspector to show up. That was supposed to be within 24 hours. More than thirty hours later, Mr. Smith still hadn't even been called by my warranty company. He called me and kept me advised throughout the ordeal and offered me a vehicle to use for free. Finally, after receiving authorization, the service department got to work. An estimated ten hour job was completed in about five and I've had no problems since. Thank you to Ross Smith and his technicians for wonderful service! I would certainly recommend this dealership for service needs. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I was drawn to Boniface Hiers because of their warranty forever program and because the owner is a big supporter of our local animal shelters. Our salesman, Aaron Huck, was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as I looked at several different models. No high pressure sales which I greatly appreciated and he was super to work with. I found a Jeep I really liked, but there was a discrepancy in their website’s online price and the price it was listed for on general car buying sites like Kelly Blue Book. Graciously and without question they immediately honored the lower price to earn my business. It was an excellent buying experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Boniface Hiers and especially Aaron Huck, Frank Savino in Finance and Gordon Cramer, the Sales Manager. I’m very happy with my Jeep! More
Service nightmares First they sell then they screw you. Bought a brand new 2017 Grand Caravan in April 2017 with promises of warranty forever and no worries. Also told price included full tank of gas, 4 oil changes, and detailing. Received vehicle detailed with an 1/8 of a tank of gas. Didn't think much of it at the time, but should have been red flag. Next month go in for an oil change and told, "We don't offer those oil changes anymore, but we'll make and exception this one time". Then told was at only 3k miles so wouldn't need it til 7k. Never got oil changes. Now a year later have a bad alternator and being told that isn't covered by warranty, only power train is covered. On top of that since I didn't pre-authorize my oil changes outside of the dealership my warranty is void anyway. Stay away from these politician wannabes and buy almost anywhere else. More
