Fast friendly service, We were in Cocoa Beach on vacation and needed a safety recall performed. Kayla scheduled an appointment for our convenience and Ross Smith and Jim Moran got the work done while we had lunch nearby. We were provided a car with our Mopar extended service contract and were back the beach in a very short time .They checked the vehicle and adjusted the air pressure in the tires as well. Everything was explained to us and everyone at the dealership was very professional. Thanks. More

The car is in fantastic shape, very clean and runs smoothly. Also, the airbag light came on a few days after purchase and they fixed it for me at no charge in about 30 minutes. Service with a smile! Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler seatbelt was malfunctioning. We called as soon as we had an issue and they said we could drop it off after hours and leave key Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler seatbelt was malfunctioning. We called as soon as we had an issue and they said we could drop it off after hours and leave key and a completed service form in the night dropbox. Although the box was out of service envelopes, we had an old envelope in our car we used and dropped off the key in the nightbox. A service advisor called us the next morning and said they would be pulling the car back soon to check on the issue. The service advisor was helpful, as I had to speak with him twice that first day, but he said the part was ordered and a shop foreman would call me in a day or two upon completion of the work. This review is about how Jim Moran, the shop foreman, ultimately handled the issue and communicated with me on the phone and in person about it. He was professional and efficient, and he completed the part replacement and repair, as well as did a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. More

Boniface Hiers Goes Above & Beyond AGAIN! Last week, an impromptu decision was made to spend the day in St. Augustine for Independence Day. However, my vehicle desperately needed an oil chang Last week, an impromptu decision was made to spend the day in St. Augustine for Independence Day. However, my vehicle desperately needed an oil change before making that kind of a drive so I Googled the dealership hours and saw they didn't close until 8:00p.m. Got to the service department after 5:00 at which time I found out Service closed at 5:00. Was totally bummed out and must have said aloud how our family trip the next day has to be cancelled. Without skipping a beat AND with a friendly positive attitude, Ilona said she'll try to find someone to help me out. With the help of Jim Moran and Rodney, the oil was changed lickety-split! I absolutely know what it's like to be at work after hours and the day before a holiday, too. Workers are excited to go home to be with their families and could easily get frustrated when others/clients keep them from leaving. This was not the case with Ilona, Jim, or Rodney. They could have EASILY said they're closed and for me to come back another day. Instead, they made me feel completely welcomed. HUGE THANKS and much appreciation to each of them! It's customer service like this that has me coming back to Boniface Hiers even though I live VERY close to the Melbourne dealership. More

Yesterday, I backed up my car at a church parking area well, and then proceeded to pull forward into a ditch to the north side of narrower driveway. This was so stupid on my part. I did ask a few of the men to be sure it was okay to pull out, and they directed me. (My angels yesterday) Anyway, my husband took my car in today, just to be sure there was no damage underneath. Jim Moran, the Shop Foreman, put the car up on a lift and assured us all is well, except a few scratches only someone changing my oil will see. I am grateful for their kindness in checking my new Pacifica. My husband says Jim was kind and courteous. Thank you. More
Easiest truck purchase I ever made I knew what I wanted, called Boniface, and they did the rest. We set a price before I even stepped foot in the dealership.
