The upfront cost was $109 to diagnosis the cause wh The Service Engine Light came on intermittently so I took in my Jeep Liberty to have it looked at. The upfront cost was $109 to diagnosis the cause which later became $200 or so to determine if the problem was a plug, fuel injector or coil problem by testing these components in another cylinder. Bottom line, the problem was with the cylinder head that was replaced under warranty at no cost to me. Even the upfront cost was included in the warranty work. Everyone I talked to was friendly. I will definitely return. More

I started thinking about a trade for a new Wrangler, and went ahead an did it! Team was courteous and not pushy. Using USAA Buying Services (on my app no less) I negotiated a fair deal and was out the door in a short duration. Meanwhile, I was not charged for the service visit (and still have the oil change due on my account). This was by far my quickest and friendliest vehicle purchase. Again, I got a fair deal. I did not haggle, and perhaps if I did maybe I could have chiseled a little more. Thanks for the quick paperwork and out the door effort!!! More
