LOF & rotate tires service was prompt, I did however watch the tech-from the drive & noticed 3 items that were NOT checked, the tire pressures & the Diff. fluid, door hi service was prompt, I did however watch the tech-from the drive & noticed 3 items that were NOT checked, the tire pressures & the Diff. fluid, door hinges could have been lubed. Also a VERRY GOOD idea is to NOT tighten-up the initial lug, as doing so can bend a wheel, the lugs should be "snugged' tight & then properly torqued with the vehicle on the ground. Even though this was a "free" LOF it would be still be appreciated to check ALL things. More

Best Car Buying Experience Great all around experience, Brian Hubble, Brian Bartalot and Larry Waughtel were very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Cleaned up Gator's mess!!! I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 from Gator Dodge. To say that it was a bad experience would be a gross understatement. Though not the dealer's fault the truc I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 from Gator Dodge. To say that it was a bad experience would be a gross understatement. Though not the dealer's fault the truck turned out to be a lemon. Gator offered me no help and only what service they absolutely had to. I finally gave up on them and drove 40 miles to Boniface. So glad I did. They have a completely different culture there. From the first day I brought the lemon there until the day Chrysler finally replaced it they were there to help and make the process less painful. And always with a smile and a good word. Unlike my experience at gator where it seemed every time I was there that I heard at least one customer cursing them for one reason or another. I will make that 40 mile drive for this kind of service EVERY TIME. More
