We checked the owners manual and replaced the fuse it said for power windows 7/1/13 My 2006 Chrysler Sebring's windows stopped working on 6/28/13. We checked the owners manual and replaced the fuse it said for power windows. Seeing how my top would still function but the windows would not we feared it was in the box controller for the top so I took it to the dealer. Upon being told that it would be $115 for inspection and would be applied to any repairs if needed I agreed to let them look. 2 HOURS LATER the service guy comes out and tells me it'll be another $115 because they HAVEN'T FOUND THE PROBLEM. Now being as I researched this problem for Sebrings, I knew that it was very common and could not understand WHY they wouldn't know right off the bat what it was. A SHORT IN THE GROUND is all he said. When my husband got home from work and I told him what they said, he opened the hood looking for a short in the wiring.(Like they said to look for) He then went into the main fuse box and started pulling out fuses inspecting them. He found one that was out and we went and replaced it. $3.49+tax. IT FIXED THE WINDOWS!! We then went back to Boniface Hiers to talk to a manager and ask why if they did a "full-inspection" was this not found. We asked for a manager and after 30 minutes of waiting, the service guy came back and said "well we did check the fuses but it wasn't burnt then" THEN WHY ELSE DID MY WINDOWS NOT WORK AND WHY AS SOON AS WE REPLACED IT THEY WERE FIXED? They refused to offer any consulation for THEIR mistake and we never did get to see the manager. I FEEL LIKE I WAS DEFRAUDED FOR GOING IN THERE WITH MY 17YR OLD DAUGHTER AND TRUSTING THEM. Even when I asked to watch them, they told me there was "no way for a customer to see the work being done" on their own car. I feel bad for the two other women who were there alone whom I overheard employees come tell there was "several" problems with their cars and they need to keep them for a :"few hours" well at $115/hr, I hope the repair bill wasn't much more! I have no problem paying for a repair to be done, but when you don't even start with the simplist problem it could be, what am I paying for??? I feel that I was preyed upon because I was female and DO NOT RECCOMMEND BONIFACE HIERS TO ANYONE EVER! More

I have 2 admit i was alittle untrusting with any dealer, ok alot. But a friend told me that she had the most amazing experience at Boniface Hiers so I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted 2 spend and I ok alot. So i shopped online in fear of meeting this person face 2 face. I found the van that i was interested in and made the feared call. I really wasn't expecting this very nice and very understand person on the other end of the phone. I told him what i had in mind and the type of payment we wanted. He was so AWESOME and called around till he got the best price. The payment was alittle higher than i wanted so he helped me browse more vans online 2 help meet the payment i had in mind. All this time i kept telling my self this is really 2 good 2 be true. This is far 2 easy there must be a catch something this was going far 2 easy. I mean he really cared that i have 7 mouths 2 feed. So we found the van i thought would be perfect for my family. He told me 2 let him continue 2 work on the bank part and he would let me know when he was able 2 work some magic. And magic he worked because not only did he get our payment lower than what we had asked 4 he made the whole experience so easy. I was in such shock that i kept waiting 4 some thing 2 go wrong. I just knew that at any minute he would take the keys back and tell me he couldn't help me. But I was never more wrong. He took care of every thing over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership the van was parked out front and ready 4 us 2 inspect and test drive. He walked us through everything and kept reasurring me everything was done if we were happy with the van all we had 2 do is sign. He really was a GREAT help. Very friendly very understanding and made our experience soooooo painless. I took a sigh of relief when we drove our new van off the lot because it really hit me then that Mr. Keeler took all of the stress out of buying a car and i will refer any one who is looking 4 a new car his way. I can honestly say any future buisness will be at Boniface Hiers of Merritt Island. Thank you so much Mr. Keeler 4 making our experience so AWESOME!!!! More
I repeatedly called and worked with Bobby for an out of town sale. He and Boniface-Heirs consistently had the best price on a new Town and Country we wanted. Even if he was busy, he would call me back, but was courteous and always on the other end of the phone when I wanted him. Delaership overall was good with working with us on small issues that came up (like not receiving the TV remotes) by overnighting them to us. More
