The service team is very good at communication and telling the good, bad and ugly. I have never been tried to upsale for other issues other than the one the vehicle was brought in for. We traded in a used 2012 Explorer (bought at Bonnell in 2014) at Bonnell and got an excellent price for it (shout out to Richard King at Bonnell who helped us when we first arrived at Bonnell to talk about 2014) at Bonnell and got an excellent price for it (shout out to Richard King at Bonnell who helped us when we first arrived at Bonnell to talk about purchasing a new Explorer). We used the trade-in value to buy a new 2021 Explorer which we ordered from the factory. Eric Yurcisin is the sales rep at Bonnell that helped us with the factory order. Initially he told us the wait time would be about 5-6 months, but to our pleasant surprise the new car was at the dealership in 4 months. Communication with both Eric and Bonnell's finance person John Chalas was excellent and any wrinkles during sale/purchasing process were ironed out quickly. Great experience overall and definitely worth the wait! More
