"Great experience! "

When I called to inquire about a vehicle there salesman Tim Schofield was VERY helpful. He listened to my needs and wants and quickly responded back to me with a vehicle that would suit my requests. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and about the process of buying this vehicle. Before I even left my house I had the bottom line price, no surprises when I got there. After I did my research, and decided this vehicle could work for me, I called him back to set up a test drive. Once I arrived there, he was ready, keys ready for test drive, car fax ready for me to read, and available and ready to answer my questions. There was no pressure, he wanted to make sure I liked the car. Turns out the car was everything he said it was, and we ended up buying it! Dan Reitz, in finance followed suit with no pressure, he knew the products and warranties, and explained everything to me. I had no surprises at the prices, as everything was exactly what I had been told before I even walked it! I wish I would have found this dealership years ago, and especially Tim, as a salesman. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I've had!

I hate buying a car, haggling, waiting hours on end, the list goes on. Thanks to the amazing job and concierge like approach both Mike Parola (Sales) and Dan Reitz (Business Manager) took in my new car purchase process...I'm a customer for life and will highly recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I actually enjoyed the process and wasn't pressured to buy the extras. They just educated me on all that was available, no hard sell, just letting me know my options. Mike even went through setting things up with me inside the car and walked me through the features. Outstanding job!

"Great Help in making this happen within Hours!"

Having to go through the process of buying a used car is not my favorite use of time but when my jalopy from literally the last century died, I needed a replacement Immediately. I followed a pre-approval offer to Bonneville and Sons and saw a car on their website that was what I was looking for. The online/web experience was very thorough with an online chat help and getting emails immediately from Dan the sales agent . I came to see the car within hours of being emailed. The Finance agent Jake found an amazingly loan for me with a lower interest rate then what I had come in pre-approved for. I was able to leave that same day with a great deal, a great used car that I knew all the carfax history of from the website's links, so left very confident about my purchase and deal. They really helped me out/saved the day and I would definitely go there again. I didn't deal with disposing of my dead car well, but that was my issue and I should of researched that a bit better (ie donate to a charity) as I did not offer it/tow it in to roll that into my deal but put cash down. Communication has been great with immediate availability/answer to any questions I have via texting with Dan my sales rep. we're in a new age where the consumer is empowered with information and I used these pieces from the website to make me feel very comfortable with this purchase.
