I am not one to ever complain but I feel very compelled to in this case. I Bought a new 2004 HUMMER Lux package from this dealer about a month ago. The price changed in my favor during the transaction due to an error in processing 3K rebate and was not credited the difference (a mere $210.00) instead they "adjusted the selling price". Car not cleaned. Took 7 hours to "prep" the new car. Had to return 3x to get the upgrades completed (on top of the initial 7 hours). This dealer simply does not understand customer service nor do they value there customers time. I would never buy from them again even if it ment spending more money at another dealership. When buying a car you should at least be treated as a valuable customer. This dealership simply does not get it.
