Sales is great, service is lacking Purchased a vehicle from here, sales was a breeze and the sales staff was extremely helpful and nice. On the drive home, all I could smell is gasoline. I figured after filling up I had spilled some on myself. Got it home, noticed and odd smell that I assumed was the clutch (I haven’t driven stick in over 5 years) so I shrugged it off. A few days later I get out of my car and there is white smoke coming out of the engine bay. Got the car up in the air, found that the thermostat is leaking onto the exhaust, the valve covers are leaking, and there is a fuel leak RIGHT NEXT TO THE TURBO. I was sold a vehicle with safety concerns. I had even asked about prior services and how the vehicle was. I purchased this specific one because it came with an extensive service history. Not happy at all about these issues that popped up immediately after purchasing the vehicle. I’m mechanically inclined and I’m gong to fix these issues myself, but these should have been caught in the inspection dealerships are supposed to do when they take in vehicles. And I’m not the only one. There are quite a few reviews like mine. I should have read reviews of this dealership before purchasing. I will not be going back and I will not recommend anyone to purchase from here. More

Most of them didn’t even start…how am I supposed to make an offer if I dont know it runs I wanted to just look at an evo. It would not open or even start. The sales “went inside to get a mechanic” he came back out and told me they were too busy to try to start it or open it…but he told me I could “make an offer on the car *that doesn’t run* and we can paperwork started and try to start the car later Ive been there two times. Hated both, wanted to plug my ears when listening to these idiotic salesmen…DONT GO HERE Was told by a sales man “its gonna be hard to be approved by the bank for a test drive because you’re so young” im 20, makes 10 times the money he does and probably have a better credit score, extremely rude. Dont go More

In some points he was correct but most where very 90s used car salesmen and incorrect. I was willing to let it go then i seen they have the same car for sale for almost double!! The one they have does have a 3k package and 20k less miles than mine but mine has 200 more hp. I tryed to get ahold of a owner or manager for weeks before shane called but I dont think he is. More

"Trash dea Since my review won't post to Google reviews I thought I'd share here. This review was written about 2 1/2 months ago, update at the end. "Trash dealership. Went to look at an 08 evo on 5/27, got to the dealership and fell in love with the car. The salesman we worked with told us that in order to test drive we had to do a credit check. We left and wrote a 1 star review based on that, no yelling no arguing. We went back on the 29th to see if we could talk them into a test drive without the check, they said it wasn't explained well to us and they just needed to "run numbers" first. They basically asked if I could afford it and then we took it out without the credit check. They agreed to replace the torn up backseat if I was to buy the car and delete the 1 star review. We changed it to a 5 star believing that paying 4k over kbb was worth having it. Car ran well for the first week, then the check engine light came on coming home from work followed by the car not starting for awhile. We got it started and drove it to Skyline who said that the cars ecu was basically trash. DOZENS of codes were reported. Around $500 later the car was fixed and runs fine. We tried calling booth before fixing it to see if they would help out a bit, we got a "was the car running when you left the lot?" Followed by "I'll talk with the GM, and give you a call back". Never got a call back. Now the car doesn't pass emissions, not looking to them to fix it, they don't care after the car rolls off the lot. Plus most of their 5 star reviews are not even linked to a google account and have given multiple car dealers across the US 5 star ratings within a couple months?... stay away folks, unless you're into getting ripped off! Now queue Booths "call us so we can help" comment." Update, the car is still having problems. When the headlights are on the whole car shuts down. It goes into limp mode and couldn't get out of its own way. So far I've dumped about 900 into trying to figure out the problem. It's been at the shop for the last 2 weeks and they haven't found the issue yet. Don't buy from Booth, just a bunch of money hungry guys not caring if they screw you. Gotta collect that paycheck! More

As soon as I got home I saw an oil leak in my garage which was eventually "fixed" only to have a bigger leak a month later. Oh and the paint on the entire front bumper came off at the first at home car wash that was done. (Hose pressure water!) The reason I was told was because I drove thru hydrolic fluid that someone else dropped on the road. They were gracious enough to offer me a deal in re-painting it at full cost to me! Buyers beware! I wish I would have know about this place before I went in and got suckered with a lemon that is now my problem! Do your research! More
