Lacks integrity After the terms of my trade and used car were finalized and negotiated (I have emails to prove it!), they tried to renegotiate the terms of my trade w After the terms of my trade and used car were finalized and negotiated (I have emails to prove it!), they tried to renegotiate the terms of my trade when I showed up at the dealership, Although they had looked at my car the first time I was in, they claimed they had to "drive it" to verify its worth. I've had several dealers look at the car and would give excellent reviews. This dealership lacks integrity. They were obviously using a negotiation tactic to get extra money out of me after I basically committed to buy the car.... BEWARE! More
Liars, cheats, scammers, and untrustworthy Liars, scammers, crooked, con-artists, and untrustworthy! They will lie to your face, over the phone or in an email. They had my truck for a week. Liars, scammers, crooked, con-artists, and untrustworthy! They will lie to your face, over the phone or in an email. They had my truck for a week. They "fixed" the starter and tighten a radiator clamp. $245 dollars and 10 miles later my truck started smoking and shooting flames out the back catching the side of the highway on fire. I called them, their response "not our problem, you drove it off the lot, we did you a favor and we hooked you up". Not once did anyone say, "We're sorry, bring it back and we'll look at it" or "are you ok and safe". Or "how about we send a tow truck to help you out"? They took no responsibility at all, none! They had it a week, it wasn't shooting out flames when I brought it in. It wasn't smoking when I brought the truck in for service. How did they do me a favor and "hook" me up when I paid them. They keep repeating the truck you traded in was junk, oh really? When they went out and test drove it and offered me money for it was junk, the motor was blown? I drove it to you lot with a blown motor, interesting. Remember when I turned over the keys I said, "you are taking my truck 'as is'". Their "fix" has nothing to do with my trade in, it has to do with their crappy service department. They stand behind nothing, zero integrity, ZERO! Here are the people to look out for, Don, salesman, liar and con-artists. Jeremiah, GM, liar, crooked as a snake. Nick Booth another GM and OWNER, and xxxxxxx who yelled at my wife on the phone. "We owe you nothing, you bought the truck as is. Stop calling us to fix the truck". What a real winner, A+ for customer service and honesty, that is sarcasm by the way, in case you aren't that smart to get it, NICK! I hope Booth Motors reads this, it is my mission to warn as many people I can about you crooked ways and dishonesty. Stay away from this place! Nothing but a bunch of crappy vehicles and filled with untrustworthy people who make a living lying to people and taking money. This place is a total joke. Wish I never got involved with this place.
