Rick, At this point, I don't know that there is much to talk about. I have a gentleman coming to look at it again on Saturday and my problem will be solved. I find it unfortunate that I had to leave a poor review for your dealership, but that was my only recourse. Its amazing how different my relationship was with Borcherding after I bought the car. Not only was it an $18,000 lemon, but I had to deal with a cocky service department throughout. Eventually, I decided that it was simply not worth my time to deal with every other week. It is evident that, not only does Borcherding have lackluster customer service, but they also don't feel the need to respect other's time. Not that I'm surprised, but it is even more insulting to receive a stock "We're Sorry" message without good intentions behind it. I truly wish that there wasn't such a long "review" period on this site so that others were privy to this situation prior to shopping for vehicles.
