My wife and I recently visited Borcherding to purchase a used midsized SUV. Upon arriving, we were approached by salesman named Bob. Bob was very knowledgeable in the way he answered our questions and showed a true concern in helping us pick out the right vehicle. I would also like to mention Derick for his relentless search for a lender who would finance the vehicle at an affordable price. Thanks to all involved in our car buying experience. Because of great service from Mike Breeze and the closing skills of Scott Griffith, I bought a vehicle in June of 2009. In June of 2009, I was potentially going to purchase a Jeep Commander, Honda Pilot or A skills of Scott Griffith, I bought a vehicle in June of 2009. Over the course of the first week in June of 2009, I was so done with visiting auto dealerships between South Carolina and Cincinnati because of the aggressive attitude. As I was visiting the Kings Auto Mall Borcherding Buick and GMC area for business, this is where I met Mr. Breeze. As I travel 200 days out of the year from my home base in Fort Mill, SC, I have chosen Borcherding Buick and GMC located in the Cincinnati area to be my preferred service provider. On Friday, February 4, I traded in my Acadia for a 2010 Yukon SLT at Borcherding due to the solid guest service of Mr. Breeze. And of course Mr. Griffith helped seal the deal on the Yukon as Mr. Breeze allowed me to test drive it a week prior. I have continued to be impressed with the entire Borcherding team. Whenever I enter my vehicle into the servicing area, I receive sincere welcomes from the servicing crew. As I am waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Mr. Breeze and/or Mr. Griffith acknowledges me and any of the team members are passing through the waiting area. The service that I have recieved from Borcherding rivals any luxury environment as I used to own an Infinity M35. I dropped my vehicle in the service area around 830am on Monday, February 7 to have a punctured tire replaced and installation of a sun roof. As I waiting in the servicing area, I recieved a welcome from a well-dressed professional looking woman. Sure enough, the well-dressed woman was the owner Kim Borcherding. This is what I call "Top to Bottom" Leadership and why Borcherding will continue to be my preferred service provider! More

Usually when I go to a car dealership, I feel that people are sneaky. When I walked into Borcherding I didn't feel like that. I felt comfortable and welcomed. This was the easiest experience I have ever had with purchasing a new car.
