The only complaint I had was the paper mat is always in the car; I don't understand why it can't be taken out by the last employee to be in the car. That and the tag on the rear view mirror. We took the car in to Borcherding for our regular oil change and service. We were helped promptly and the car was serviced, along with a car wash, and we were on our way in a very acceptable time frame change and service.
