I am so glad that happened because we met Michael McCready, who helped us find the best vehicle for our family. Michael was very friendly and knowledgable, and helped us find a great used car. He was never pushy and just offered some great help. I also have to say that Tom Dobson, who is the used car sales manager, was a delight to work with as well and helped us get a great deal. My wife and I both said that the next time we need a new vehicle or need to get one serviced that we will gladly go back to Borcherding Buick GMC. More

Its one thing to go through the negotiation process and feel as though the staff you are working with are true to their word and honest, but 2 days later to see the vehicle you just purchased show up on cargurus.com for $1500 less than you purchased for, and at time of sell be told by Tom that there was no way car price could go lower, only to be told a lie by Tom again that the lower price was triggered by a mistake trying to remove the listing off of the internet, then moments later have an internet rep from Borcherding call my wife cell phone asking if her prev interest in the vehicle from an earlier test drive weeks ago was still there, because now the car is offered at $27843, and not $29,777(of which she informed this ignorant rep that in fact she was sitting in said vehicle purchased 2 days earlier from the dealer...NOT for the $27843 price, but for $29,411)....well then that's the Borcherding way!!! Believe me, your money will be better appreciated and respected elsewhere!!! More

How can dealerships like this can stay in business? I bought a 'High End' Buick Lucerne from Borcherding 8 years ago and swore then I would never go back to them again because of their horrible service I bought a 'High End' Buick Lucerne from Borcherding 8 years ago and swore then I would never go back to them again because of their horrible service and customer support. I have gone elsewhere for service ever since. Recently my wife took a call from Borcherding about the safety recall dealing with GM using defective ignition switches and decided to take the car in because of the safety recall. After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes after her appointment time she was told they needed both sets of keys. When she pointed out that someone should have told her that when she made the appointment, Chris told her that yes they have been having that problem. So, they knew they had a re-occurring problem and did not fix it? No wonder they get a poor rating. And to top it all off, all they did was put a plug with a small hole in the slot of the key so you can't hang anything else on the key itself. Nothing stops you from hanging items on the key ring, just the key. So after taking off work and wasting her entire afternoon, the car still has a defective ignition switch in it and I still have a very dangerous key with a slot in it. More

First Service on New Vehicle Made my first service appointment day before on internet. Upon arrival, service desk had no record of the appointment and had to go to another comput Made my first service appointment day before on internet. Upon arrival, service desk had no record of the appointment and had to go to another computer to verify / access it. After that, smooth sailing. I found that I had 3 recalls, but the service rep suggested I wait until parts called to ensure my replacement / recall parts were in before scheduling a recall appointment. This was apparently the result of my receiving a call from the service department to set up an appointment for my service while I was in the waiting room. This lady was the one who initially told me I had 3 recalls and wanted to schedule an appointment to get these resolved. More
