We had a couple of GM dealers give us the run around in regard to an air conditioning problem. We called the GM customer service number we found on the internet and was given instructions to take our vehic regard to an air conditioning problem. We called the GM customer service number we found on the internet and was given instructions to take our vehicle to this dealership and have a diagnostic done and call him back and GM would help us out with the cost of repair. We went to the dealership and a very friendly man by the name of Kelly said he was pretty sure he knew what was wrong and he did. We gave them the go ahead and fix our Buick and since it was late in the day they had given out all of their courtesy cars and his driver would take us home and pick us up the next day. Here is where it gets good, a fine man by the name of Nathanial was the driver and he picked us up in a brand new Buick Enclave. Well, all the way to the dealership he was showing my husband all of the features that it had and some of them were new since we bought our Enclave and my husband was getting so interested, but I kept telling him that the bottom line was "NO", guess what happened, not only did they fix our Buick but a fantastic salesman by the name of Keith Childers talked to us and we left the showroom around closing time driving a brand new 2013 Buick Enclave. We absolutely love it!!!!! More

The first person to greet me made me feel everything would be okay, his smile and warm greeting were both amazing and sincere. I had already had a difficult time just getting the car to Borcherding for would be okay, his smile and warm greeting were both amazing and sincere. I had already had a difficult time just getting the car to Borcherding for service. Before I knew it I was on my way with an Enterprise loaner to finish my day. Early the next afternoon repairs were complete. The same friendly young man greeted me. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. My final service charge was under the original estimate to my surprise. Thank you to all. More

Six weeks ago I had new front brakes put on. Two weeks later I went back because there was a grinding sound when I braked. supposedly, they ground the rotors and everything was fine. I went on a 3000 mi later I went back because there was a grinding sound when I braked. supposedly, they ground the rotors and everything was fine. I went on a 3000 mile trip, with supposedly fine front brakes, and when I returned I noticed a terrible grinding noise. I went back and they had to replace the front pads. Never did the service manager apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back twice to have a job done correctly; never did anyone offer a free oil change, which my car had done at the same time as they replaced the pads, no communication with management at all. On top of that, they always leave the dirty paper floor mats in the car for me to dispose of and the cashier is the most unfriendly person; never smiles or says thank you. More
The Van I purchased had a "service tire monitoring system" warning. I call Borchering on Monday afternoon,they scheduled me for service Tuesday morning.
