Purchased a used vehicle from Boucher with the usual "as is" warranty. However, after purchase I suspected a front end problem and took it back in, hoping for the best, but expecting the worse (as in y "as is" warranty. I contacted Boucher Cadillac and spoke with their Service Director about a warning light issue I was having with my 2007 Cadillac STS. He explained, in detail, that the problem was not of my cause and requested Cadillac to cover the expense of the repair. Gary was honest and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have already referred some people to the dealership for service and intend on maintaining my own relationship with Boucher.
