I made an emergency stop to fix a stuck open window as I needed to park my car at an outdoor lot in Chicago and catch a 7:00 flight to NY. The staff is friendly. However when I made my appointment for service, they did not tell me they had moved. I arrived early for my appointment (used Apple maps) and the bui However when I made my appointment for service, they did not tell me they had moved. I arrived early for my appointment (used Apple maps) and the building was empty (old location address). I called and they told me the new address. But I do not know why I was not informed earlier (via email/mail/or when I made the appointment) of the new address. Very frustrating. I was offered a free car wash but they were working on the doors, so I couldn’t get it done. More
