Fawn Delaney was our salesperson. Through the internet and phone calls my wife and I searched a number of dealers in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois searching for the 2013 Elantra Limited that we and phone calls my wife and I searched a number of dealers in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois searching for the 2013 Elantra Limited that we wanted. Some dealers were reluctant to talk price, others took a few days to get back to us, (by the time they did, the car we were interested in was, of course, no longer available. Some insisted we come into the dealership to get their "best price", which is tough from a few hours away. I contacted Boucher via the internet. Fawn took the time up-front to determine the color combination and options that we were looking for, and kept us informed about incoming shipments and pricing. I actually thought that we would be buying from a dealer in Illinois, who was a couple of hundred dollars less expensive, and supposedly had the car we wanted. I say supposedly, because, as it turns out, they didn't. I found out the day before I was to pick it up that, not only did they not have the car, they didn't know when they would. Since Fawn had kept me up-to-date on Boucher's inventory, I called her the next morning, confirmed that they still had the car we wanted, worked out the price (it didn't take much, since their initial price was quite competitive), and picked it up the next business day. At the dealership, she took the time to explain everything about the car to my wife and I, and the buying process went smoothly. In the end, we got the exact car we wanted, and, by the way, at a better bottom line price than anyone else had quoted. We found the dealership in general, and Fawn in particular, to be knowledgeable, straight forward, and fair. I would highly recommend Boucher Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. More
