I’ve brought my car in for service several times, and the communication has been terrible every single time. I understand that scheduling and repairs can take a while, but you’ll be waiting days just to get communication has been terrible every single time. On top of that, I’ve had issues missed or overlooked, requiring multiple visits to fix the same problem. They even lost my car in the lot once when I came to pick it up... it took over 20 minutes to find it. Overall, the lack of communication, attention to detail, and organization makes every visit frustrating. The only reason I go anymore is for covered warranty work. More

The horn of my vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is on recall for the horn and it needs to be replaced. I called multiple times to follow up on the issue and no progress was made. Nobody ever called me back to resolve the issue. I am driving around in a vehicle that I bought from Boucher, with no functional horn. This is a dangerous situation. I don't know what I'm going to do. After waiting for several weeks, I moved out of state. Now I am living in Michigan, still with no horn. I'm very concerned about driving my vehicle. Boucher sold me a vehicle produced in Canada without revealing this information. Now Boucher is not performing a recall repair because of these internal difficulties. This is not an acceptable situation. More
