I went into Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha to get my front tire rods replaced (which were a part of my warranty on my vehicle) as well as for them to put on a trailer hitch to my Santa Fe. When I dropped off tire rods replaced (which were a part of my warranty on my vehicle) as well as for them to put on a trailer hitch to my Santa Fe. When I dropped off my vehicle at 9am,the service guy reiterated what work was going to be completed and then said he’d give me a call closer to 12pm to update me with an approximate time they’d be done completing the work. At 230pm I finally called the dealership to find out what was going on since I had not received a call. The service guy stated that my car was done and they were just “doing a test drive” and then putting it through the car wash and that I can pick it up by 4pm. It’s at this time that I am also made aware that a trailer hitch was never put on my vehicle because they never ordered the parts! Mind you, I had this appointment for 2 months and was just told that morning that I would be getting the trailer hitch added. Hmm… So I go to get my car at 4pm, no apologies from the service team about the lack of follow through and I am told my keys are at the cashier with my paperwork. At no point did anyone go through the work that was actually completed on my car, until a nice employee near the cashier heard me ask the cashier what work ended up being completed, and he stepped in to go over my paperwork with me. (This was the only positive part of my experience). I got my keys and walked out to the front where I am told by the service guy that he should get the trailer hitch parts in by the next week, Friday, and would call me then to schedule an appointment to get the trailer hitch placed. When I walked out, my car was not there… so I went back into the service center to ask where my car was and then was walked to the side/back of the dealership where my car was sitting. Apparently I was suppose to guess that my car was back there? During this stroll to my car, the service guy proceeds to tell me how Ill be sent a review and that if I could give him 5 stars, he gets a little bonus. Yeah okay. Lastly, I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding any trailer hitch parts arriving or any appointments to be made to get it placed like I was promised. Would I go back for anymore work in the future? What do you think? More

They are curtious, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our service tech Dan Doble is super. Friendly and helpful. Gets you in and out pretty fast. Our 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe was towed to their facility due to it not working while stopped in traffic. It was diagnosed as a faulty fuel pump. It took over 5 weeks to get a replacement part. We were told the issue was the pump was on back order from Hyundai. Understandable in these weird times... My low rating was is for the lack of communication we received regarding the part. Dan Doble initially told us 2 weeks for the part. 2 weeks go by and we receive no telephone call. We had to call to find out what the status is. Told another 2 weeks before the part is going to come in. 2 weeks come and go and once again, no call from Boucher about the part. We had to call again to find out what the status was. We finally started dealing with John Diez, who stated he would be the point person regarding our vehicle. I voiced my concerns with John about the lack of communication and was assured I would be contacted regarding the part. Told another week before the part would be in. The date given comes and goes and no call from John. I called the next day, with John stating he would check on the part. Told the part would be arriving in 2 days. Part finally comes in, with John contacting me the repair is completed. He was kind enough to reduce our bill due to the issues, which I appreciated. More
Dan was extremely helpful and informative in a stressful situation. I unfortunately did not get to meet him he was out for the afternoon when I picked up the car. The only disappointing part was the young gentleman I worked with was unable to confirm what work was completed and when we paid they said that we would be taken to the car but the young gentleman said that it was out front and we had to find an employee leaving to help us locate the car which was behind the building More
