Long wait Everytime I have gone it they always tell me I don't have an appointment. Then they look around for 5 minutes and finally tell me 'oh yeah here it is' Everytime I have gone it they always tell me I don't have an appointment. Then they look around for 5 minutes and finally tell me 'oh yeah here it is'. It then will take a half hour just to get every checked in and discussed. Then I proceed to sit there four HOURS when it's something simple like an oil change. The waiting area is nice and has food and drinks but I'm always there for a minimum of 2 hours. They do nice work but the wait is quite ridiculous. More

Bad service Bought a 2014 Avalon paid cash for it. A week later battery had to be replaced. Called dealership and got the run around. They don’t stand behind their cars because there’s no way my battery should’ve been bad and if so it should’ve been replaced free of charge. More
