Everything with my service was fine. The service staff was very kind. Disappointed in the car wash, it left hard water spots on my paint which have been very difficult to get off, since my car sat with ha was very kind. I was amazed. I was having such a difficult time with Holiday Automotive I had to speak to a mgr to try to get the mirror shipped down to Waukesha, so I wouldn’t have to drive way up there again. Colin Holiday Automotive I had to speak to a mgr to try to get the mirror shipped down to Waukesha, so I wouldn’t have to drive way up there again. Colin from Hundai immediately took it under his wing and arranged everything. Bringing it in for the mirror replacement, the service advisor was also great and very courteous. What an awesome service department. They should be awarded, if not at least praised, for their superb service. Thank you. More
Ultimately got the repairs correct, but made multiple promises for the completion time, which were repeatedly missed. The service technician was rude. We have been working with him for quite sometime and find he has not been returning calls and dropped the ball on a warranty repair. This last service he told me the total and when I asked if the oil change should be covered under the pre-paid maintenance, he snapped, “how should I know you have pre-paid maintenance if you don’t tell me.” 1) I always tell the service tech when I schedule the appointment so they can make note and 2) we have been bringing the vehicle to you since we bought it new from you. I imagine this should be noted in our account somehow. More
