Everyone was great to work with when I went to buy the car. Downside was I was I feel I was lied to. I was hesitant on the vehicle itself due to how small it is. Well I came back 4 months later absolutely hating my Sentra(too small, does bad in snow, can’t fit the kids, I could go on and on). So I came in to look at the vehicles I wanted and the salesman Matt sent me alone across the street, to ultimately window shop. I came back inquiring about specific vehicles and he didn’t bring me what I wanted to look at, and he couldn’t answer my questions either. I ended up leaving not able to see the vehicles I’ve been talking about for 6 months now. He was also very rude, rolled his eyes at least twice at the questions about MPG, mileage, suspension etc. He also didn’t clean off the vehicle very well, and said they didn’t do a military discount. Which I know they do. I called and told a manager the next day, they said they were going to call me back. I never got a call and it’s been a couple days. I’ve been waiting and still haven’t got to look at or drive the suvs I wanted. If it wasn’t for the respect I had been shown when I first purchased I wouldn’t come back ever again. I also found out I can’t just get something else because the car isn’t holding the value necessary I’ve been told. I am not the happiest at this point and regret getting the car everyday. Be sure you are actually comfortable with what you are buying before purchase because otherwise you are stuck with something and the sales guys later on won’t take you serious other. More

Took longer than the estimated time. Asked if I wanted a car wash, after waiting an additional 15 minutes I was told no one was there to wash the car.
