Great car-buying experience I have been buying cars for over 40 years. I have never experienced a dealership like this one. The internet price given to me was the actual price I have been buying cars for over 40 years. I have never experienced a dealership like this one. The internet price given to me was the actual price paid. There were no hidden add-ons, no hassle of running back and forth to a manager. The finance person was great to work with - he did not try to push us into add-on service contract. Instead he carefully explained the options and accepted our decision. In short, Boucher offered a car at a very good price, gave me a good price on my trade, and made the experience enjoyable. It took maybe 2 hours in total at the dealership. I was shocked that car-buying could actually be pleasant! This seemed too good to be true! I will purchase future cars from Boucher! More

Things went wrong left and right. The service department made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and made it apparent that they were annoyed with me. It was an awful experience, especially when you were at their mercy to fix your vehicle. No heat during the winter and engine failure left me stranded as well. I am more than thrilled to say that my Nissan Murano is the exact opposite and I have had no problems in the year that I have had it. I am so happy with my decision to change vehicle and very happy I went to your delership to do so. The salesman that sold me my vehicle was also wonderful. Thank you for excellent service! More
