Sales manager left me a message regarding the initial sales process and told me he would give me a free car detail. I called back and never heard from him again. Never bothered to ask about my buying experience and I never did talk to him. I was half-heartedly hoping they would see that this was my first oil change and the sales manager would seek me out to talk about it. I won't forget that. More

Service above and beyond I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did a total check of the vehicle, inflated the tires to the proper pressure (they I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did a total check of the vehicle, inflated the tires to the proper pressure (they were all low), washed the vehicle, cleaned the inside, cleaned the windows inside and out and even cleaned the tires and sprayed them with Tire Shine. The car looks brand new. I only waited maybe 30 minutes for all the work to be completed. Great job above and beyond my expectations. More
