Ive been in multiple times for service and each experience has been worse than the other. Service counter staff were rude and talking to me like I knew nothing about my car. The female counter staff was talking about another customer being rude they were but her attitude was terrible. I will be driving my car out of my way to the dealership I purchased it from or paying for my services before taking my car back here. More

The service waiting area is pleasant, clean and full of great free snacks. The atmosphere in general is cheerful and bright. Checkout is quick. Costs are unbeatable. They even washed my car!
