Great Experience Mike Garrett has been by far the best sales person i have dealt with in my short time in the US. i went to multiple dealerships but none was honest or Mike Garrett has been by far the best sales person i have dealt with in my short time in the US. i went to multiple dealerships but none was honest or transparent as Mike and that was the reason i ended up buying my car in Boucher. We love this new Rogue with it's upgraded rearview screen, better GPS system and blind spot alarm. George was never pushy, we never felt under pressure. Even the financing was stupendous, not pushy on buying extra items we didn't need, only a thorough explanation of what each item was and if it made sense. George made sure he understood our requirements, found the perfect vehicle and gave us a deal we could not refuse. George went out of his way to make sure everything went extremely well, even cleaning my car off when I cam back to pick it up in the snow storm. That's service... If we ever hear anyone is in the market for a new or used car we will highly recommend George @Boucher Nissan. More

After taking delivery, my sales person took me to the car, and there were grease fingerprints in the interior. I spent the next half hour watching my sales person with a bottle of cleaner wiping out fingerprints from various parts of the interior. That was pretty annoying. Even now, every time I called the dealership with a question, it was met with a lot of "I'll need to look into this and call you back", and then I'd never get a call back. My salesperson, Paul Frietag, seems pretty short with me when I call, and doesn't follow through on questions. It just doesn't seem like they'll go out of their way for you, or even do the bare minimum like call you back when they say they're going to to make sure you're satisfied. More

Spent several hours there working through a deal on a car. Experience started well and ended abruptly due to service leaking by the end on multiple occasions. Was very disappointed. Only stopped in at this dealer because we were on that end of town. We went to Boucher right after because we've always had great service on my maxima at the time. Explained the situation and at that point didnt want to go through another several hours to find out we didn't get a car. Everything started to fall in to place from our sales rep James and manager Tom to financial sales Manny was fantastic!! Was a great experience and did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted out of a vehicle and sealed the deal on price and ultimately, service. I would recommend them to everyone! More
