The service on Aug. 23, was good. I was surprised that an employee paid my bill because some one else had done a favor for her and she was paying it forward. I found out her name. As she was out at the time, I called her later and thanked her and found out why she did it. On Sept. 1st I stopped to have my center rear seat belt recepticle retrived from behind the seat. A service advisor was able to pull it out and didn't charge me. Such great service! More

Overall my experience here is good most days. Waiting room is good, like the seats being moved 6ft apart. Gentleman who does the Key batteries is ALWAYS awesome and friendly. The gentleman who worked on servicing my car was friendly as well. Areas to improve upon would be that I asked specifically about my car door and it was on my paperwork but knowone spoke to me about it, so I had to go back in and ask. In addition, the car repairs here are to expensive. I understand that you all are professionals in your field, but a lot of the cost is ridicules. For example, I was quoted 200+to change the light bulb, which is only a bulb and it took the correct repair person less than 20 minutes to change it. I think that is just screwing over your customers. For me, its the little things like that, so I go elsewhere unless I absolutely need you. Another time I asked for tires and they weren't ordered when I got there. So, I confirmed the day before this time, which I shouldn't have to do. Most times the workers don't reset my dashboard computer to reflect the picture of the car which is a pet peeve, this times they did. More
