Great customer service! I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 at Bountiful Mazda after a couple negative experiences at other Mazda dealers. What a difference Bountiful Mazda I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 at Bountiful Mazda after a couple negative experiences at other Mazda dealers. What a difference Bountiful Mazda was from the other dealers -- prior to my arrival, I had exchanged texts with my sales associate, Tyler, to make sure they had the color and trim I wanted. When I did arrive, Tyler was promptly there to greet me and already had the car pulled up so I could look it over to confirm it's what I wanted. The negotiation process on my trade-in and purchase price was pretty efficient and I never felt like I was being strong-armed. The manager, John, who was approving the deal was also very friendly when he came out to say hello. My finance guy Bryton was extremely friendly and efficient, and for once the finance portion of buying a car did not take an extremely long time. I also spoke with Scott, the accessories guy, and Scott, the service manager, both of whom were really friendly and gave me their emails in case I had any other questions. The process was completely pretty quickly and I was on my way home within two hours. I had a fun time at the dealer and am absolutely thrilled with my new car. I recommend Bountiful Mazda to anyone in the market for a Mazda who wants to be treated kindly and fairly. More
