Either completely uneducated sales team, repair team, and management or they are all dishonest. (You can arrive at your own verdict but I now have mine). Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from B.M., have had it management or they are all dishonest. (You can arrive at your own verdict but I now have mine). Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from B.M., have had it serviced by them every 3500 miles with the "premium oil" and was told by multiple individuals there during a recent scheduled service that the motor was shot and that I need a new car, (the car has under 100K on miles). Without spelling out all of the details I then took my car to a reputable mechanic, he put $1000 dollars parts and labor into the motor fixing and servicing every needed component, then re-tested it and all indicators pointed to a perfectly functioning motor. I have now been driving it for some time and all is back to normal. I have my conclusion and opinion from both the blatant stupidity and lack of knowledge of most of the workforce at Bountiful Mazda, or is the real vein that runs this place fueled be ease and complete dishonesty? I am seeing that Bountiful Mazda checks off all of these ill character traits! Caveat Emptor - do not trust this dealer, ever! Overtly incompetent dealership and staff. More
I had my battery replaced. They got me right in. Service from Scott was honest, impeccable and friendly. Extremely clean service area. Courtesy drinks are excellent in comfortable waiting area. Oil change Is very pricey comparable to others since you claim you pay for the oil. Super fast! I'm used to hours-long oil changes. I left the dealership and just walked into Target when my car was ready. It had only been about 45 minutes! Also, I'm used to hours-long oil changes. I drive 30 minutes - one way - to have my car services here and it is worth the extra time.. They are always honest and explain everything to my understanding.
