I bought a new 2011 Fusion from Mr. Truman and I have had this same vehicle serviced at Bowditch Ford for 3 oil changes with 1-tire rotation. At my age, I can pretty much handle a simple oil change but becau this same vehicle serviced at Bowditch Ford for 3 oil changes with 1-tire rotation. At my age, I can pretty much handle a simple oil change but because I was soo impressed with the first visit at the Bowditch Service center, I actually look foward to my next visit! The oil change they provide has an impressive check-list that they do, they changed the oil, oil- filter and their checklist all within a 45 minute timeframe! while I waited they provide fresh coffee mess, the waiting room is always clean and welcoming. All I have to do is sit and relax on their nice sofa set! Their cashiers/receptionist are very friendly and professional, what more can i say? Customer Service is so hard to find these days and because I feel like I am family their, its worth every penny. I am very satisfied with each visit and I even recommend to my "Chevy" Friends to stop by there for a visit. I am very happy I have found a dealership like Bowditch Ford. Thank You. The response time I received when I arrived was excellent. Perry had me signed in and out the door so fast; I was truly amazed. The degree of professionalism is unsurpassed in both vehicle sales and service. My 2009 Ford Escape is the perfect vehicle for my family. Al Cusano and the Blue Team service identified a potential maj vehicle sales and service. My 2009 Ford Escape is the perfect vehicle for my family. Al Cusano and the Blue Team service identified a potential major problem (battery) and were able to repair the problem under my warranty. The Bowditch shuttle driver (Bob Pickrell) drove me to work and gave me his card with cell number to call for a ride back when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I purchased my 2009 Ford Escape on December 18, 2008 from Dennis Cozzens and Susie Perry. I have recommended the dealership to several other individuals which have purchased Fords also. When I decide to trade, I will return to Bowditch for my next purchase. This dealership is very responsive to its customers, whether they are male or female. That speaks volumnes!!!! More
Overall I have been satisfied with all the services performed for both of our cars for several years now. I'm not a car person, so with any work I'm always very suspicious when it comes to work that i performed for both of our cars for several years now. The reason for the 3 in customer service is that when I asked for a price I'm always quoted a price that is "around this or that price." The only time I was quoted an exact price was when I bought my tires this past year. The only thing I can recommend is that if you have a customer rewards card, is that you check for coupons on the internet. I was quoted by two different people that a brake service would run anywhere from $250-$300, and that there was a $50.00 mail-in rebate. Turned out that when I checked for coupons on-line that Bowditch offered a brake service for $179.99 and I still got my $50 rebate though Ford. Now since they know I'm a regular customer and they must be aware of these on-line coupons. That's the reason why I always have the feeling that I'm being taken for my money, most of the time there is a better deal with a coupon, but they don't always notify you. If I wouldn't have checked myself, I would have overpaid at least by $100 for the same service. For the rest keep up the good work and overall I'm a satisfied customer. More
Overall...I was 100% satisfied with the service even though the problem still exists with my 2011 Escape. This is my second unsatisfactory experience. The first one occurred when I asked for a tire rotation. Service stated they performed the rotation and charged for it, when they did not. When I pointed it out they, they made up an excuse then did it. This last visit, they were unable to find the problem I went in for. Also, I asked for an oil change- they said they did it. But my Truck's system check states that the oil is currently at 40 percent. More
I have been using Bowditch Ford for the last several years for service of 4 different vehicles and I have found that they are responsive and sincerely seem to want your business.
