I have been bringing my car to your service center since I bought it in 2019. I have never had a bad experience until the last two times. This time I was extremely disappointed because a mechanic locked my I bought it in 2019. I have never had a bad experience until the last two times. Al was great about handling the situation, but the people on his team leave much to be desired. The tire pressure issue could have injured myself and my son while we were out on Saturday after my car was supposedly fixed. We got home and the pressure was down to 16! Having to bring the car back in less than 24 hours is ridiculous. Do better. More

I can honestly say. The trust here !! None at all. I was told that they weren’t even required to update me any further on my vehicle considering it was there through The trust here !! None at all. The care for me and my situation. Well. They did not care. Not only did they not communicate. They also did very poor work on my 2011 f350. I’d rather be on the side of the road than call this dealer. ! I have a mechanical back ground. Have never seen this kind of interaction. Deplorable !!! More
