I got a flat on my Jeep. I made it to work and changed the tire with the God-awful jack that Jeep provides. I called Ourisman Chrysler Jeep of Bowie and they were able to take me in for repair, without an the tire with the God-awful jack that Jeep provides. I arrived several hours later. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of my service technician, but he was extremely friendly and professional...even though he was a Dallas Cowboy fan. He had some friendly banter. They were able to patch my tire in about an hour (there were several people ahead of me. After my cup of coffee and relaxation in the comfortable lounge, my vehicle was ready. Overall... a very good experience. More
