I bought a car recently it smelled like smoke. They did one treatment to fix the problem, but a few days it returned. We had an outside company. Try to remove the smell it lingers. My interaction with the service department on Sept. 10, 2024 was not what I expected. The service desk agent named Frank was cordial, polite and respectful. However I found the service technician rude 10, 2024 was not what I expected. The service desk agent named Frank was cordial, polite and respectful. However I found the service technician rude and impatient and condescending. Likewise the service manager was patronizing and literally talked down to me.
