The owner hung up on me!! What attempt to contact me has been made to this date that didn't require me trying to contact you first? I have not had a call since the last time that I spoke to Mr. Boyd and was in the middle of an emergency and couldn't talk at the time. Perhaps if I receive a call in the next few days, then maybe I can accept an apology. Other than that, keep your apology. This has been a terrible experience from the moment I drove off the lot with my truck and nothing has been done to remedy it.
