From my email that I sent with no response back. Good morning, my wife picked up our 2024 suburban yesterday that we brought it in for some recalls and a couple other issues. While the one vibration issue seems to be resolved, the rearview mirror camera has not been and I really am not sure why. I told your guys that it’s something that happens EVERYTIME when it’s dark and the camera is not useable. It’s not one of those intermittent issues. My other Chevy with the same feature is crystal clear so I know what it’s supposed to look like. I included a picture of the issue. I’m very unhappy with the lack of effort. I dropped this vehicle off on Dec 30. This was more than enough time to have someone take it on the road at night to “reproduce” the issue. Now we have to schedule another appointment elsewhere and inconvenience us and our 3 kids. More

The service department is absolutely ridiculous. I had a horrible experience with them. nothing against the dealership itself.. but with the experience that I had with the service repair department, I had a horrible experience with them. nothing against the dealership itself.. but with the experience that I had with the service repair department, I will never use Obx Chevy again.
