Great service department Had a warranty repair on our 2014 Fusion and Jeff took great care of us with a loaner since our car was out for 3 days getting repaired. I am unable to remember The staff that assisted me during my purchase of new tires for my 2010 F-150, were exceptionally polite and curteous to me. I am unable to remember the shuttle driver"s name but he was also like the two ladies, very professional and assisted me in anyway that they could think of. The price for my service was better than the other tire dealers in town. Even though this is a large operation and dealership the staff still made you feel at home and gave you a small town attention to your needs. I certainly will go back for service in the future and recomend this dealership to others. More

More to a dealership than friendly sales people While the sales person was friendly, finance was superb...problem comes in from lacking Service Dept. My auto has been in service longer than I hav While the sales person was friendly, finance was superb...problem comes in from lacking Service Dept. My auto has been in service longer than I have been able to drive it. After all that time still have a problem that was NOT fixed properly and it appears since the sale has been made, no one cares. Phone calls are bounced from person to person. So, while you may get a great deal from friendly folks, think twice...there is more involved such as how you will be taken care of AFTER the sale! More

Better than any other Car Dealership in the Country I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge, best interest and much much more efficient than any other dealer that I have been... My CSR, Mrs. Crystal Garrison, is simple the BEST... As I had mention before, she is unique in every way and extremely attention to all of my needs... Is to bad that I don't have a Crystal Garrison at the BMW Dealer... Service for my F-150 110% satisfied with the service done on my F-150. Jeff was very helpful and even got some work done under warranty that I thought would be an out of p 110% satisfied with the service done on my F-150. Jeff was very helpful and even got some work done under warranty that I thought would be an out of pocket expense. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day just to keep me updated.
