Poor service The sales person was fine and worked with me. I locked a rate in for my loan but it was expiring. The finance department claimed they sent information The sales person was fine and worked with me. I locked a rate in for my loan but it was expiring. The finance department claimed they sent information to my lender but it was never sent. I called multiple times and was laughed at by sales manager and one of the finance staff. They did not want to confirm receipt of paperwork so I could keep my interest rate. I eventually bothered enough people to get head finance person to confirm with lender receipt of information and I could keep my low interest rate. I will not return due to lack of customer service and follow up. More
